Abstract

성인 혹은 소아 환자에 따라 노출부위가 조절 되도록 프로그램화된 촬영기를 사용하여 파
노라마 촬영을 시행하였을때의 두경부 주요 기관의 등가선량, 유효선량 및 위험도를 평가하
여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1 성인 및 소아모드 공히 타액선에서 가장 높은 등가선 량과 유효선 량을 나타내었는데,
성 인모드는 각각 837 ㎲v, 20.93 ㎲v였으며, 소아모드는 각각 462 ㎲v, 11.54 ㎲v였다.
2. 두경부 주요기관에서 측정된 총 유효선량은 성인 및 소아모드에서 각각 34.21 ㎲v와
20.14 ㎲v로 확률적 효과의 발생가능성은 2.50×10^-6, 1.47×
10^-6 이었다.
3. 특정기관에서 치명적 암을 유발시킬 수 있는 위험도는 기타 기관에서 백 만명당 성인
과 소아모드에서 각각 4.5명, 2.7명으로 가장 높았고, 골수와 갑상선에서는 백만명당 성인 및
소아모드에서 약 0.1명이었다

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the equivalent and effective dose, and
estimate radiation risk to the critical organs of head and neck region from the use of
adult and child mode in panoramic radiography.
The results were as follows.
1. The salivary glands showed the highest equivalent and effective dose In adult and
child mode. the equivalent effective dose in adult mode were 837 ㎲v and 20.93 ㎲v,
those in child mode were 462 ㎲V and 11.54 ㎲V respectively.
2. Total effective doses to the critical head and neck organs were estimated 34.21 ㎲v
in adult mode, 20.14 ㎲v in child mode. from these datas, the probabilities of stochastic
effect from adult and child mode were 2.50×10^-6 and 1.47×
10^-6
3. The other remainder showed the greatest risk of fatal cancer The risk estimate
were 4.5 and 2.7 fatal malignancies adult and child mode from million panoramic
examinations. The bone marrow and thyroid gland showed about 0.1 fatal cancer in
adults and child mode from these examinations.
